My name is Kirk Henderson, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Mandeville, Louisiana. I provide counseling services through my counseling agency, Milestone Family Resources, LLC.
Faith-Based Counseling Experience
I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors. I serve clients of all ages, using therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience treating such mental health challenges as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, and Grief. I help clients navigate life transitions such as career change, and work with couples experiencing marital conflict to find a new place of intimacy and connectedness. Having a background in pastoral ministry, I am able to provide faith-based interventions for those clients who require a spiritual dynamic in the counseling experience.
